My fee is standard commission, paid at settlement — no upfront cost to you. I'll walk you through exactly what that looks like before we start.
How long does buying or selling usually take?
It depends on the property and market conditions, but most of my clients settle within 2–6 weeks once we're actively working together.
Do you only work in Melbourne, or nearby areas too?
Primarily Melbourne's inner suburbs — Fitzroy, South Yarra, Brunswick, Richmond, St Kilda, and Carlton. If you're outside that range, ask me — I likely know someone who can help.
